Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Axiom Limousine (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the use of our website at www.axiomlimo.sg. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online platform.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Axiom Limousine.

  • We recommend bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

2. Rates & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to GST (if applicable).

  • Rates may vary depending on time of day, location, special requests, or seasonal demand.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate billing arrangements.

3. Aditional Charges

  • Waiting Time Charges – Airport Arrival

A complimentary 45-minute grace period is provided from the actual flight landing time.
After the grace period, a waiting time charge equivalent to 2 hours will apply.

  • Waiting Time Charges – Airport Departure & Point-to-Point Services

A 15-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time.
After this period, the charge will roll into the next full hour.

  • Midnight Surcharge

A $20 SGD surcharge applies for any pickup or drop-off that starts or ends between 23:00 and 07:00.

  • Additional Stop Charges

$20 SGD for additional stops within 5 KM of the original route.

For stops beyond 5 KM, charges apply as an additional one-way transfer.

  • Outskirts Area Surcharge

An additional $20 SGD will be applied for trips to or from designated outskirts areas.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations once a reservation has been confirmed.

5. Service Use & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the ride. Unruly or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will be charged to the client.

  • Smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle is not permitted unless previously authorized.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or connections due to such delays.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

  • Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized or excess luggage.

8. Cross-Border Transfers

  • For cross-border services between Singapore and Malaysia, clients must carry valid travel documents.

  • Axiom Limousine is not responsible for delays or issues arising at immigration checkpoints.

9. Changes to Services

  • Axiom Limousine reserves the right to make service changes or substitutions (e.g., vehicle type) due to availability or operational requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Axiom Limousine and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
